Does it remove waterproof and sunscreen?

Yes. The oily phase captures waterproof mascaras, long-lasting lipsticks and SPF . Clean results, without a greasy film after rinsing.

Is it suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens/eyelash extension wearers?

Formulated for optimal eye comfort . Apply without pulling, with a soaked cotton pad left on for a few seconds. Lens compatible. For eyelash extensions , avoid massaging the fringe directly to preserve the glue.
